Avail Staffing Company is seeking Marine Service Technicians to join a hands-on team that services U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, and commercial vessels.

You will diagnose and repair hydraulic and mechanical systems aboard ships, ensuring vessels remain mission-ready and operational. The role involves traveling to client vessels and worksites to perform service, repair, maintenance, and certifications, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working on mechanical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client vessels and worksites to perform service, repair, maintenance, and certification activities.
• Diagnose and repair actuator and valve systems, including butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves.
• Perform hydraulic ram and cylinder overhauls.
• Conduct onboard grooms, equipment assessments, and RMVA installations.
• Test, inspect, and certify relief valves.
• Follow all company safety procedures and customer requirements while working aboard vessels and at industrial facilities.
