The Boat House in Whitewater, WI is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service and parts departments and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will oversee inventory, pricing, processes, and vendor relations, while managing staff performance, safety, and coordination with Sales for timely deliveries and add-on needs. This role is an on-site leadership position at our marine dealership.

• Experience leading a service department and coordinating parts and service teams.
