OneWater Marine is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to assist customers through the sales process, ensuring an outstanding buying experience. You will engage walk-ins, phone inquiries and online leads, present products, and guide buyers from greeting to close while maintaining product knowledge and a customer-first attitude.

You will use CRM and MS Office tools, collaborate with management on financing, and strive to meet monthly and annual sales goals while promoting repeat business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Prior experience in marine sales is a plus.
• Solid understanding of marine products, accessories, and boating trends is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, phone inquiries and online leads using OneWater sales tools. Build relationships by understanding customer needs.
• Present products and review features/benefits with customers and prospects.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including quotes and pricing aligned with margin goals.
