This role interfaces with shipping, operations, engineering, contractors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure safe, on‑time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Marine experience, including marine project experience is required.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations (USCG, IMO, ISGOTT, SIGTTO)
• 7+ years of experience in the marine industry, focusing on marine projects, port and terminal operations.
• PMP certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead marine infrastructure, terminal, berth, dredging, vessel support, and waterfront-related projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and execution plans.
• Complete marine assurance reviews and validations, including simulation work and reports.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and performance metrics.
• Manage project reporting and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and operational impacts.
