Job summary

You will track costs, schedules, and milestones, while communicating progress to stakeholders in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused environment.

The role requires strong collaboration with internal and external teams, proficiency in MS Project and Office, and the ability to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in marine/industrial settings preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & cost tracking across projects with proper documentation.
• Scheduling and weekly reporting using Microsoft Project.
• On-site management and QA per QA program requirements.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance on all sites.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
• Procurement of materials and equipment for project needs.
• Maintain welder certifications and coordinate new qualifications.
