Saronic Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Piping & HVAC Detail Planning to translate piping and HVAC designs into shop-floor instructions for autonomous surface vessels. This role defines spools, subassemblies, and installation sequences to build a complete ship.

You will develop detailed work instructions, ensure traceability and welding/joining processes, and align with ABS, USCG, and NAVSEA requirements while collaborating with design, scheduling, QA, and waterfront

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in marine piping and/or HVAC trades or equivalent planning background.
• Ability to read isometric drawings, P&IDs, 3D models and general arrangement drawings.
• Understanding of fabrication methods and HVAC ductwork installation practices.
• Strong written communication to produce clear work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Break piping and HVAC into spools and subassemblies based on build strategy.
• Develop detailed, step-by-step work instructions for fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with design, scheduling, QA, and waterfront teams to reflect real yard capability.
• Incorporate ABS, USCG, NAVSEA requirements into work packages.
