Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for agents/brokers by gathering information on behalf of the underwriters and processing transactions not requiring review.
• Obtain information needed to finalize inquiries and maintain follow-up for outstanding underwriting items.
• Ensure accuracy of information inputted into systems and verify documentation.
• Communicate with team members, agents/brokers and partners to research and complete transactions.
• Adhere to guidelines and service standards to process work timely and accurately.
• Participate in problem solving to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Under underwriter direction, attach forms and make policy changes as requested.
• Maintain relationships with clients and colleagues across the organization.
• Participate in special projects to ensure efficient operation and meet business goals.
