Responsibilities include parts identification and sourcing, receiving, inventory management, purchasing coordination, and accurate tracking of parts used on service work orders.

The ideal candidate understands marine parts and mechanical systems, stays organized in a busy service environment, and takes ownership of keeping work moving efficiently.

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor position, not a supervisory warehouse management role.

  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, compatibility, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency, supplier responsiveness, and parts costs.
  • Take on additional purchasing responsibilities, vendor relationships, and sourcing activities as the position develops and operational needs change.
Retail Parts & Customer Support
  • Coordinate with the marina's separately managed retail parts operation regarding shared inventory, product availability, and purchasing needs.
