SourceLine is seeking a hands-on Marine Parts Manager for a full-time role at a busy recreational marina. The position ensures parts and supplies are available for marine technicians, yard crew, and on-the-water crews, handling sourcing, receiving, inventory, and work-order accuracy.

The ideal candidate understands marine parts and mechanical systems, maintains organized storage, and collaborates with the Head of Marine Services to optimize pricing and parts flow.

Competenze

• Knowledge of recreational boats, marine engines, propulsion systems, and replacement parts.
• Ability to identify marine components and verify fitment and compatibility.
• Experience reading manufacturer parts diagrams, catalogs, model/serial numbers, and specs.
• Previous experience in marine parts, purchasing, inventory management, or marine service operations preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify, source, and verify replacement parts for recreational marine engines and systems.
• Research hard-to-find components using manufacturer catalogs and diagrams.
• Ensure parts are available for repairs, engine repowers, winterization, and maintenance.
• Coordinate sourcing and delivery of mooring supplies to the marina's mooring shop.
• Receive, inspect, label, organize, and distribute incoming parts.
