Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts or inventory management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marine parts and accessories.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in parts management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts and accessories.
• Process and fulfill parts orders from customers, technicians and sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturers to improve loyalty and order times.
• Provide excellent customer service by locating parts and ensuring satisfaction.
• Supervise and train department staff; ensure team understands inventory and ordering processes.
• Maintain records of inventory, sales, returns and data.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment according to safety regulations.
