Job summary

MarineMax is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the parts and accessories department in our Quincy location. You will oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and customer service, ensuring timely availability of fixtures, pumps, instruments, and marine parts for service orders.

You will manage staff, perform weekly cycle counts, coordinate bi-annual inventories, and maintain records. Strong communication and teamwork with service advisors is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts or marine retail settings preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with service teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parts and accessories department and staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and vendor relationships.
• Process parts orders and quotes via phone, internet, and in person.
• Support service team with timely parts for work orders.
• Ensure accurate records in IDS and keep MSDS/Hazard plans current.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and monitor profitability.
