Responsibilities

• Finalize transactions with accurate paperwork and upsell accessories.
• Maintain inventory and displays to support sales and professional appearance.
• Process orders, track status, and ensure timely delivery or pickup.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Analyze operations to find ways to increase efficiency, sales, and profitability of the parts department.
