Job summary

OneWater Marine Inc. is seeking a Parts Manager in Clearwater, FL. You will oversee the daily operations of the parts and accessories department, ensuring accurate inventory and timely fulfillment of orders for customers, technicians, and the sales team.

You will lead and train staff, maintain records, and foster strong relationships with customers and manufacturers. A high school diploma is required, with parts-management certification seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage parts or inventory in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of marine parts and accessories is desirable.
• HS diploma or equivalent; certifications in parts management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts and accessories.
• Process and fulfill parts orders from customers, technicians and sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturers to strengthen loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service by locating parts and aiding orders.
• Supervise and train department staff and ensure adherence to processes.
• Maintain records of inventory, sales, returns and related data.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following policies.
• Support the General Manager in boat shows and off-site events.
