Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts and accessories.

• Build and maintain positive customer and manufacturer relationships to strengthen loyalty and reduce order times.
• Provide excellent customer service by locating parts and ensuring satisfaction with orders.
• Supervise and train department staff; ensure proper processes and procedures are followed.
• Maintain records of inventory, sales, returns and other data; ensure clean, safe work environment.
