You will lead staff, train and coach team members, coordinate pricing, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate records with IDS. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to support service operations and warranty parts.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, motivate, coach, monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and determine parts needs.
• Coordinate with other store operations and maintain records.
• Adhere to inventory levels and maximize turnover.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and manage special orders.
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory and order records.
• Perform cycle counts and bi-annual physical inventories.
• Support service staff with parts for work orders.
• Assist customers with price quotes and parts sales.
• Maintain orderly, clean, and professional parts area.
• Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory to meet profit goals.
• Update MSDS Online and Hazard Communication plans.
