Job summary

InterMoor Limited is seeking a Marine Operative to support the Montrose yard, assisting with mobilisation, demobilisation and maintenance of mooring equipment locally and internationally.

You will work under supervision to ensure timely execution, quality inspections, and smooth client coordination while maintaining yard and quayside operations. The role requires robust communication skills and flexibility to cover weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Sufficient experience of mooring equipment handling and inspections.
• Ability to operate as part of a yard and quay side team.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect mooring equipment inventory.
• Assist with quayside operations and client liaison.
• Perform general yard duties including housekeeping and stock control.
• Support weekend duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with pass/fail inspection guidelines.

This approach mitigates risks in delivery, installation and operations across the lifecycle, reducing mooring lifecycle costs and safeguarding major operations that protect start-up schedules when mooring and mooring intervention are on the project or production critical path.We are looking to recruit a Marine Operative to be based at out Montrose Facility, this will assist the Yard Supervisor and yard personnel with carrying out duties to facilitate the mobilisation, demobilisation and maintenance of mooring equipment both locally and internationally. Ensure that instructions given by the Yard Supervisor and Management are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
