Job summary
Bakkafrost Scotland is seeking Marine Operatives for our Harris sites at Reibinish and Scadabay. The roles are Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with one in three weekends on rota at overtime rates.
As part of the Marine team you will support the Marine Site Manager in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards of husbandry, fish health, welfare and safety across the site.

We have 2 Marine Operative roles available at our Harris sites – 1 at Reibinish and 1 at Scadabay.
This role is Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. You will be required to participate in 1 in 3 weekend rota for overtime rates as detailed below.
At Bakkafrost Scotland we breed, rear and process superior salmon in the pristine waters of the West Highlands and Islands. As a Marine Operative you will work as directed by the Marine Site Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the marine sites, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of husbandry, fish health and welfare, quality standards and health and safety.
