Job summary

World Cat is seeking full-time, on-site manufacturing roles at its Tarboro and Greenville facilities in North Carolina. Responsibilities include fabricating, processing and assembling boats and boat systems per engineering specifications, with daily use of hand and power tools and strict adherence to safety standards.

The roles require basic measurements, quality-focused workmanship, and collaboration with team members to meet production schedules, report defects, and maintain clean work areas

Qualifications

• Fiberglass laminating, gel-coating, and vacuum infusion experience.
• Traditional and modern wood shaping, framing, and interior cabinetry.
• Installing engines, steering systems, plumbing, and electrical layouts; reading mechanical drawings.
• Understanding technical drawings, schematics, and CAD designs to assemble parts.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, process, and assemble boats and boat systems per engineering specs and work instructions.
• Handle hand and power tools safely to fit and assemble components.
• Take basic measurements and verify dimensions on the production floor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with teammates and leads to meet production schedules and report defects.
