We are seeking to fill various full-time, on-site manufacturing roles based at World Cat’s manufacturing facilities in Tarboro and Greenville, NC. These roles are responsible for fabrication, processing and assembling boats and boat systems according to engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. Daily tasks include using hand and power tools, fitting and fastening parts, performing basic measurements, and following safety procedures on the production floor. Team members and supervisors collaborate to meet production schedules, identifies and reports defects or issues, and helps maintain a clean, organized work area. This position supports continuous improvement by following standardized processes and suggesting practical enhancements to assembly methods where appropriate.
