Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group in Tennessee is seeking an Assembly team member to perform sub-assembly and assembly tasks, including gunking and glassing, installing deck hardware, and working on bilge systems. You will assist with bilge prep, support fitters, and read prints and production schedules.

1-3 years of manufacturing experience, hand tools knowledge, and ability to lift heavy objects are preferred; safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience; marine industry experience preferred.
• Hand Tool Knowledge; Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to read and understand prints and Production Schedule; knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and disposal.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and assembly tasks (gunking and glassing, deck hardware installation, bilge systems).
• Assist with bilge preparation/installation and support fitter/installers.
