Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking an Assembly team member to perform sub-assembly and assembly tasks, including gunking, glassing, and deck hardware installation. You will work on bilge systems and deck/hull areas and assist with bilge preparation and installation.

A 10-hour shift requires physical endurance and safety awareness. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, marine industry background is highly preferred, and competency with hand tools.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, team player with a good safety awareness.
• Requires standing, bending and twisting for a 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and assembly tasks including gunking and glassing.
• Install deck hardware and work on bilge systems.
• Support fitter/installers and assist with bilge prep/installation.
