Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the marine industry.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper lamination processes in procedures.
• Mix catalysts into resins.
• Saturate cloth and mats with mixtures.
• Apply layers of plastic resin to mold surfaces.
• Select precut fiberglass strips and place onto prepared molds.
• Smooth out wrinkles, air bubbles or other imperfections.
