Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related boat building experience; three years fiberglass lamination preferred.
• Ability to adjust labor and audit departmental work areas.
• Ability to read and understand prints, job descriptions, and production schedules.
• Ability to train others and work in dusty and hot environments.
• Must pass respirator fit test and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Gel coats parts to engineering specs and patches after coating.
• Assist in control of materials used and maintain quality in the area.
• Operate forklift and assist with lamination processes.
• Maintain and test gel coating equipment as needed.
• Comply with safety rules and work extended hours when required.
