Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Mold Prepper/Puller to prepare molds for production, support fiberglass lamination, and safely remove components from tooling. You’ll help maintain mold quality, ensure products release without damage, and support efficient, safe production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Key tasks include mold cleaning, detailing, wax and surface prep, and collaboration with laminators and finish technicians to meet priorities and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a 10+ hour shift standing, bending, reaching.
• Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime flexibility to meet goals.
• Reliability and ability to work with a team.
• Ability to read and follow directions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deck and component molds for production, cleaning, detailing, waxing and inspecting surfaces.
• Detail mold surfaces for gel coat application and fiberglass lamination.
• Verify mold condition and identify defects that affect quality.
• Assist with mold maintenance and report repair needs.
• Move molds and finished parts safely using material handling equipment.
