Job summary

Palmetto Yacht Management is seeking an In-Office Sales Coordinator to support sales and operations by managing customer relationships and coordinating transport opportunities. Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or account management.
• Experience supporting dealer, OEM, or marina distribution networks preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for dealers, marinas, OEM partners, and customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and provide outstanding support.
• Coordinate quotes and inquiries from initial contact through delivery.
• Assist the outside sales team with account information, sales materials, and lead follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and forecasts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support marketing initiatives, dealer communications, and trade show planning as needed.
• Monitor inventory updates and communicate changes to customers and sales reps.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department and contribute to process improvements.
