Palmetto Yacht Management, Fort Pierce, FL, is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to drive new sales and service dealer accounts in the marine logistics space.

You will generate quotes, manage opportunities in Salesforce, and collaborate with operations to deliver transportation solutions. The ideal candidate has inside sales experience in recreational marine and outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or related roles in the marine industry.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, referrals, dealer networks, and existing relationships.
• Serve as a primary contact for dealers, marinas, OEMs, boat builders, and customers seeking transportation solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on transportation quotes to convert opportunities into booked business.
• Maintain accurate sales activity in Salesforce and track leads, quotes, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with outside sales and operations to support territory growth and customer satisfaction.
