Job summary

Jobot is seeking an engineer to support the design and execution of complex marine HVAC and refrigeration projects. You will develop system layouts, perform engineering calculations, select equipment, and prepare technical documentation for shipboard installations.

Qualifications

• BS in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of mechanical HVAC/R engineering experience.
• Experience designing HVAC systems for military facilities or naval facilities.

You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and installation teams through design, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and project closeout, while providing technical expertise on shipboard HVAC systems and controls.

MUST HAVE

• BS in a related field
• 3+ years of mechanical HVAC/R engineering experience
• Experience in the design of HVAC systems for military facilities or naval facilities
• AutoCAD Inventor

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with naval vessels/ships
• ShipConstructor
• Refrigeration experience
