Job summary

In this role, you'll provide technical assistance, resolve customer issues, and contribute to product knowledge expansion. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or field service of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Good knowledge of basic air conditioning operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate technical assistance on Dometic air conditioning and refrigeration products.
• Maintain well-organized notes of each call.
• Communicate to Quality and Engineering when a trending problem is recognized.
• Assist with field service and technical training sessions as required.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Sound logic skills for working through diagnostics

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable with computers

Education

High School graduate or equivalent

Tools

EPA Clean Air 608 Type I and II certificate
