Dometic’s Marine organization is seeking a Technical Customer Support Manager in Pompano Beach, FL. You will lead a team of Technical Support Representatives, providing expert guidance on air conditioning and refrigeration products while driving warranty resolutions.

You will coach, mentor, and manage performance to deliver exceptional customer service globally. The role requires 10–15 years in HVAC manufacturing or field service and EPA 608 certification.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing or field service of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• At least 10 years of technical support experience including field work and training sessions.
• EPA Clean Air 608 Type I and II certification.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning operation, refrigerant circuits and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Support Representatives through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and goal setting.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers regarding Dometic air conditioning and refrigeration products.
• Oversee warranty claim resolution and negotiate customer settlements when needed.
• Coordinate field support, product inspections, and liability investigations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain well organized notes of each call.
