Dometic in the United States is seeking a Product Technical Support Rep to join the Litchfield, Illinois team. You will respond to product issues by phone and other channels, process RGAs and warranty evaluations, and support new product development and catalog updates.

Key qualifications include solid experience with small engines, customer support background, and knowledge of marine components. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred. This role offers growth in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with combustion engines in small engines and catalog experience.
• Previous technical or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of marine industry and marine components.
• Associates degree in a technical/mechanical field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and resolve inquiries about products and services.
• Process RGAs, warranty evaluations and claims.
• Support new product development and catalog updates.
• Stay current with product information and updates.
• Communicate clearly with customers and follow standard procedures.
