Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group in Vonore, TN is hiring a Holecutter to drill and cut holes in fiberglass hulls and decks. You will use drills, hole saws, grinders, routers and templates to meet precise specifications and quality standards.

The role requires reading work instructions and blueprints, maintaining tools, following safety procedures, and collaborating across production teams. Overtime and early shifts may be required to support the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and ability to read work instructions and blueprints.
• Experience safely operating cutting and drilling tools for fiberglass components.
• Ability to follow templates and measurements for precise hole placement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark hole positions on fiberglass components.
• Cut, drill, and trim holes using handheld tools per specifications.
• Finish trim and inspect openings for proper size and quality.
• Inspect openings and correct defects; maintain clean, safe workspace.
• Operate forklifts/vehicles to move molds and parts as needed.
