Brunswick Boat Group in Vonore, TN is seeking a Holecutter to drill and cut holes in boat hulls and decks using hand-held drills, hole saws, grinders and routers. You will locate positions from blueprints, mark and cut openings to spec, and inspect finished work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, blueprints.
• Ability to safely operate cutting/drilling tools and PPE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark hole positions on fiberglass hulls, decks, and components using blueprints and templates.
• Cut, drill, and trim holes using hand-held drills, hole saws, grinders, and routers to specifications.
• Perform rough trimming and finish grinding to ensure smooth edges and proper fit.
• Inspect openings for size and quality, correcting defects as needed.
• Safely operate cutting, drilling, and grinding equipment and maintain a clean work area.
