Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Fleet Manager to serve as the main conduit between the customer, Caterpillar, and Cat dealers for fleet management of covered marine engines. You will coordinate maintenance, overhauls, parts, and dealer support to improve reliability and service delivery.

In this role you will maintain records, provide technical and product support, and monitor dealer readiness while supporting digital connectivity and remote monitoring. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engines/operations servicing.
• Customer-facing fleet-management experience required.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, overhauls, parts, dealers and technical resources.
• Ability to interpret technical docs, inspection findings and engine data.
• Strong planning, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for fleet-management under a customer agreement.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, overhauls, parts and dealer support.
• Maintain records of engines, maintenance schedules and service history.
• Provide technical and product support including service-letter reviews.
• Monitor dealer readiness, parts availability and service execution.
• Support digital connectivity and remote monitoring efforts.
• Lead quarterly operations meetings and fleet reports.
• Coordinate alignment between customer maintenance plans and PM/overhaul scopes.
