The role manages the full product lifecycle from NTI through current production, coordinating across Mossville, Wimborne and Griffin. A customer-back mindset drives solution quality and schedule adherence.

The position is onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL, with travel up to 10% to support globally dispersed reporting teams. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead a global team of engineers for marine power products.
• Demonstrate decision making and strategic thinking for complex programs.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across locations including UK and USA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product management team for marine products in the Marine Power Products department.
• Lead the team across Wimborne, Mossville and Griffin through NTI to production and DTO.
• Maintain product release and material plans, driving programs to on-time, on-budget completion.
• Ensure a customer-back mindset to deliver optimal solutions for development and production.
