Qualifications

• Uses air and pneumatic tools to assemble marine engines, service parts and assemblies.
• Maintains clean, safe work area per SOPs and plant rules.
• Collaborates with team to meet production goals and participate in cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Operate air/pneumatic tools to assemble engine components.
• Set up, adjust or changeover equipment with appropriate tooling.
• Maintain clean, safe work area in line with SOPs and safety rules.
• Perform routine inspections at required intervals.
• Address out-of-tolerance conditions and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production targets.
