Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group Technology Center in Edgewater, Florida, is seeking an Electrical Engineer Intern to support R&D for Boston Whaler/Navan brands. You’ll apply classroom techniques to real projects, developing electrical components, panels and wiring while creating 2D/3D models and ECNs.

The internship runs May–August 2027 with a 40-hour week. Required CAD experience and marine knowledge, pursuing a EE degree with 2+ years completed; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• A minimum of two years completed is preferred.
• US work authorization is required; Coast Guard boating course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in developing electrical components, panels and wiring.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for harnesses and systems.
• Create ECNs and manufacturing documentation as needed.
• Test and troubleshoot AC/DC circuits and related systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve design issues.
