Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for marine and heavy civil construction projects across the Southeast. The role requires directing labor, subcontractors, barges, cranes, and marine equipment to achieve project milestones and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in marine or heavy civil superintendent roles, with direct water-based experience and strong knowledge of marine logistics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience within Marine or Heavy Civil construction.
• MUST have direct experience working on water.
• Strong knowledge of marine logistics and marine equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for marine and heavy civil construction projects.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, barges, cranes, and marine equipment.
• Manage schedules, safety, quality, and production goals.
• Oversee daily operations including pile installation, cofferdams, bulkheads, docks, bridge elements, and concrete operations.
• Maintain communication with PMs, owners, engineers, and inspectors.
• Conduct planning meetings and ensure manpower/equipment availability.
• Drive project execution while maintaining budget and schedule.
