Jobot is hiring a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations for marine and heavy civil construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will coordinate labor, subcontractors, barges, cranes, and marine equipment while managing schedules, safety, quality, and production goals.

The role requires 7+ years of superintendent experience, direct water-site experience, and a solid understanding of marine logistics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in marine or heavy civil construction.
• Direct experience working on water is a must.
• Strong knowledge of marine logistics and equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for marine and heavy civil projects.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, barges, cranes, and marine equipment.
• Manage schedules, safety, quality, and production goals.
• Oversee pile driving, cofferdams, docks, bridges, and concrete operations.
