Qualifications

BDI Marine Contractors is a growing, family‑owned marine construction company specializing in marine and heavy civil construction. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a hands‑on Superintendent to help lead our field operations and keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Position Overview

The Superintendent is responsible for managing day‑to‑day field operations on construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
