Job summary

Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Company Marine Construction Division is recruiting Graduate Interns for full-time employment to train in marine construction operations. Interns will learn equipment operation, surveying, and the full technical scope of marine construction, plus leadership, safety, and personnel management.

A pathway to a full-time role as Field Engineer or Foreman will be provided as skills develop.

Qualifications

• Training in leadership, safety, health and personnel management in addition to technical skills.
• Learn to operate equipment and run surveys; gain exposure to all technical aspects of marine construction.
• Transition to a full-time role such as Field Engineer or Foreman as skills mature.

Responsibilities
