Execute duties with a high degree of quality, with few defects and within the labor time requirements for the harnesses being assembled.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities***.** Understands and demonstrates safety as priority in all work-related activities.* Maintains standards of a clean and organized work environment.* Pre-plugs and/or sub-assembles components (wire and hardware) in accordance with drawings.* Capable of interpreting tickets, work orders, and shop orders to ensure correct outcome is achieved.* Capable of identifying defective product presented to the work-cell as well as the outcomes of the work-cell.## Qualifications**Qualifications****Education and/or Experience:** High school diploma and/or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**Language Skills:** Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.**Mathematical Skills:** Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
