Malibu Boats, Inc. is seeking a Kit Builder in our Manufacturing department. The successful candidate will assemble harness components by pre-plugging wires and sub-assemblies, following drawings and work orders to ensure accurate outputs.
We value safety, organization, and attention to detail; candidates should be able to read instructions, compute basic measurements, and identify defective parts. This role reports to a Supervisor in a fast-paced factory setting.

This position is responsible for preparing kits of wire and components necessary for harness assembly. Execute duties with a high degree of quality, with few defects and within the labor time requirements for the harnesses being assembled.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma and/or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
