Mercury Marine is hiring for a manufacturing assembler at Brunswick's plant. The role requires reading drawings, assembling with fixtures and torque guns, and performing soldering tasks (lead/lead-free).

You will inspect work, test units, and rotate stations as needed, while maintaining safety and following procedures. Candidate should have 2+ years in manufacturing, strong manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Normal to high manual dexterity.
• Ambidextrous for hand tools.
• Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs; lifting assistance provided.

Mansioni

• Read work instructions and assemble using fixtures and torque guns.
• Solder joints (lead/lead-free) and inspect solder flow.
• Set up potting machine and load fixtures for processes.
• Run parts, inspect defects, troubleshoot, and adjust as needed.
• Package finished parts for next step and may train on other shifts.
