Bayside Marine, part of Seattle Boat Co., is seeking an Administrative & Accounting Specialist to join our Everett team. This hands-on role combines daily accounting tasks with customer service and general admin support.

You will perform bank and cash reconciliations, enter vendor invoices, maintain customer/vendor data, and assist multiple departments to ensure a responsive, organized front office for our marine dealership group.

Formación

• AA degree in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Friendly, professional communication.
• Ability to learn Office 365.
• Ability to provide driving abstract and pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Accounting and cash management: daily bank and cash reconciliations.
• Enter vendor invoices and support accounts payable processing.
• Maintain customer and vendor account information.
• Coordinate with centralized accounting on questions, discrepancies, and month-end items.
• Customer & Dealership support: assist customers in person, by phone, and email; process payments and provide receipts.
