Job summary

TopSide Marinas is seeking a Yard Crew member to operate lift trucks, move and launch boats, and perform light carpentry and repairs. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions on a full-time schedule.

You will help ensure safe, efficient maintenance and excellent customer service at our marina facilities. This position reports to the Operations Manager and includes a seasonal schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance/repair is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks, hydraulic trailers, travel lift hoist, aerial lift, and work boat.
• Perform minor carpentry and painting as needed.
• Perform mechanical repairs on company equipment.
• Move and launch boats, secure boats moored at docks.
• Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Other duties as assigned or apparent.
