The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, front desk service, inventory control, and safety programs, while maintaining top guest experiences and professional representation of the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and communications skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred and ability to manage staff.
• Flexible to work frequent early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the site, including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Administer front desk operations to maximize service-oriented staff performance.
• Serve as point of contact for customers, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints with the WSM team.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising to ensure guest satisfaction and meet standards.
• Create and implement preventive maintenance programs and manage safety and quality control.
