Job summary

Washington Sailing Marina, operated by Guest Services, Inc., is seeking full-time and part-time marina supervisors. The role requires weekend availability and overseeing daily operations, front desk, and customer service for a 7-days-a-week marina team.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential increases based on skills and experience. Growth opportunities exist within marina leadership and guest experience initiatives. Outdoor work and strong guest focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Boater Safety Course Certificate or Boating License desired.
• 5+ years of boating/marine experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site operations including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Administer front desk operations to maximize service-oriented staff performance.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Oversee ordering, inventory control and stocking across retail, food/bev, and marina maintenance.
• Create preventive maintenance programs and manage schedules, billing and payments.
• Verify invoices and prepare daily, end-of-month, and budget/financial reports.
