He or she should be a hands-on leader with a focus on safety and the ability to drive his or her team's performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective procedures and strategies. The Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring the safety and maintenance of dock structures and other facilities accessible to staff and customers. The primary objective of the Operations Manager is to ensure the marina is properly equipped with a competent and well-trained staff that is meets of our high standards of customer service the and the varying demands of the marina.
