Job summary

Gasparilla Inn and Club in Boca Grande, FL seeks a Marina Administrative Assistant (PT) to support marina operations. You will answer phones, handle record-keeping, file maintenance, QuickBooks data entry, and customer service in a dynamic marina office.

You will greet guests, respond to inquiries, coordinate boat requests, direct maintenance issues, and perform clerical tasks such as mailing, scanning, and filing.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests and assists guests in Marina needs.
• Answers guest requests and questions by phone and in person.
• Directs maintenance and boat issues for follow-up and completion.
• Plan, schedule, and address guest requests for their boats.
• Performs clerical functions: photocopies, mails, scans and emails.
• Files documents into appropriate files and assists with correspondence.
• Processes mail.
• All other duties as assigned.
