Now Hiring: Dockhand – The Best Job on the Water! Do you love sunshine, boats, and making people’s days better? Oasis Experiences is looking for energetic, friendly team members to join us as Marina Guest Service Associates / Dockhands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping boaters dock like a pro (or at least making them look good while doing it).
• Fueling up boats and handling transactions (you’ll be trained).
• Kee ping the marina clean, organized, and a place guests love coming back to.
• Assisting with electrical hookups and minor troubleshooting—because even boats need a little tech support.
• Answering guest questions, offering local recommendations, and being the ultimate marina ambassador.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who enjoys working outdoors and being around the water.
• A customer service rockstar who can greet guests with a smile—even on hot days!
• A team player who can handle a fast-paced, fun environment.
• Basic knowledge of boating is a plus, but if you don’t know port from starboard, we can teach you!
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (sometimes those ropes and fuel hoses have a mind of their own).
